GWS: What exactly is the defining factor in strength & weakness?

It's pretty cut and dry with me. I view people who aren't afraid to be themselves as strong. I view people who conform to others expectations as weak. There are people out there who would give up any freedom or basic human dignity in the name of security. These people are weak and I have 0 respect for them. Independent,free thinking individuals are strong in my eyes.
