SOS to sus for Syd (GWS) - Is he the right man for the Job ?

Stephen Silvagni will become the List Manager for GWS from January, entrusted with the huge responsibility of putting the player package together. Great player, 4 years as an Asst Coach at the Saints but is this enough experience or would you suggest a better alternative ?
