How to stop unwanted e-mails?

I have asked eHarmony to stop sending unwanted e-mails to our address since several minor children also use our computer. After asking them via e-mail three times they have failed to stop. What must we do to get them to stop? Appreciate any assistance. Thanx, GWS III
