Was this a good year for GWS?

Compared to last year do you think this year was better or worse? In 2009 we lost a lot of great contributors. In 2010 we've lost a few more. Having said that some good new contributors have joined us. But do you think the good outweighs the bad? Overall, would you say new blood has adequately compensated for the losses we've suffered?
