Can I get some odd advice from parents?

I guess you could say I need some advice from parents. You see, I like to draw, I'm a big fan of art and I draw just about anything. This includes nudes. Not actual actual nude models and nothing pornographic- just traditional style art. Now, here'e where I need advice. I attempted a recreation of another artist's painting of a nude. (Not to claim it as my own, mind you.) The thought came to me - my parents have never seen these drawings of mine and they don't know I draw them from time to time. Is this something I need to get rid of? Is this something that any good parent would not want their kid doing? I mean, I'll be going to college in the fall and will be taking several art classes so it's nothing I'll not be drawing or painting. Anyways, I know it seems like an odd question but any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
