What is something different I could cook that my boyfriend would love?! =]?

I feel like I make the same things all the time. I'm in need of something awesome! (he's your typical guy...hates his vegetables...loves manly food) He also is obsessed with sauces and drenching his food in different types of sauces....so if it involved a really good home made sauce that would perfect! He is also obsessed with spicy hot things. That's what you have to work with...creative ideas please? =]
